Yes! That's the whole point at Privado. In addition to building our own villas for sale, we also help end users who own land and want to build a home for themselves. Budgets start at 7cr++.

If you build a villa for me and I decide to sell it later, can you help?

Yes! That's a huge advantage of working with Privado Homes. You get extra special preference while listing at TPB, our brokerage division. 

I own a piece of land but I don't want a villa for myself. Can you build for sale?

Yes we do that too. And we ensure that you get a good price for your land along with an upfront exit. Get in touch to know more about this unique model. 

Can you guys help me find land so I can build on my own?

Sorry, we don't do that. Privado Homes is not in the plot broking business. We are looking to build design centric homes for those looking for a higher grade of villas. 

I own a big piece of land. Can you do a normal JV and build multiple villas?

No, we don't do multiple villas and our JV model is a bit different. Privado Homes only does stand-alone villas on plot sizes of 500sqm or more.
