When Prashant & Ayesha moved to Goa (from Gurgaon) in 2018, they did so because their daughter developed breathing issues. This was how they started The Penthouse Boutique LLP or 'TPB'. They had no experience in real estate. Their backgrounds were in law, communications and branding.

As we grew TPB to Goa's most prominent brokerage firm with 90,000 followers on Instagram, we realized that none of the developers we worked with were focusing on the privacy of their homes. 

So, in January 2024 we launched our first project, a stand alone villa called 'Villa Komorebi'. This had the whole market buzzing with its innovative and timeless design with a focus on a privacy through nature. We pre sold it prior to excavation, within 30 days of its launch!

Since then, we've been on the prowl for a piece of land that falls in line with our ideology. And boy did we find one! Our newest project, 'Villa Shizen' is now available for sale!
